AT&T’s employer brand needed a clearer, more connected story. One that helped candidates understand who we are, the work we make possible, and where they fit. I led the creative execution of the “We make it happen” rebrand, creating the core design and messaging template that became the foundation for our broader brand expression. I developed a cohesive, values-led messaging framework and creative direction that unified the employer brand, candidate experience, career site, and marketing channels into a single, flexible narrative. Today, I continue to shape how that brand shows up across touchpoints, ensuring it remains consistent, purposeful, and aligned to the original vision.

The design stemmed from a previous project I managed with an external agency to create our first 3D recruitment ad for the nine-story digital wall in the Discovery District. This ad was seen by thousands of people every day, later winning a Gold – Horizon Interactive Award.
