Childcare providers within the National Child and Adult Care Food Program Association

were drowning in information from constant USDA policy changes, evolving program guidelines, and shifting nutritional requirements with no single, engaging resource to bring it all together.

I saw the gap and created the first-ever Child Nutrition Magazine entirely from scratch,

handling everything from brand identity and graphic design to research, writing,

and full editorial production.

Blake Stanford, Board President

"Ericca is exceptionally strong in brand and creative execution. Recognizing that members needed a simpler way to access information, she conceptualized and launched Child Nutrition Today. Leading the magazine’s brand and creative design, she developed its visual identity and template, writing every article herself. Her creative talent consistently showed across resource guides, calendars, social assets, and children’s handouts."
